We’re so excited to provide your family with high-quality, ranch-raised beef. Please review the following rules to keep your subscription running smoothly:

1. Subscription Commitment

• Boxes are billed on a monthly basis.

• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled with proper notice.

2. Payment

• Payment is due on the 1st of each month.

• Orders will not be filled if payment has not been received.

3. Pickup / Delivery

• Boxes are available on your scheduled pickup date each month.

• Local delivery is available (must be arranged in advance).

4. Changes & Holds

• Any changes to box size, add-ons, or preferences must be made at least 7 days prior to pickup/delivery.

• You may pause your subscription once per year for up to one month with at least 14 days’ notice.

5. Missed Pickups

• Boxes not picked up within 48 hours may be donated or resold without refund.

6. Cancellations

• Subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

7. Communication

• We’ll send reminders about billing, pickup, and delivery via email/text.

• Please keep your contact info updated so you don’t miss important notifications.
