Subscription Program Guidelines
We’re so excited to provide your family with high-quality, ranch-raised beef. Please review the following rules to keep your subscription running smoothly:
1. Subscription Commitment
Boxes are billed on a monthly basis.
Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled with proper notice.
2. Payment
Payment is due on the 1st of each month.
Orders will not be filled if payment has not been received.
3. Pickup / Delivery
Boxes are available on your scheduled pickup date each month.
Local delivery is available (must be arranged in advance).
4. Changes & Holds
Any changes to box size, add-ons, or preferences must be made at least 7 days prior to pickup/delivery.
You may pause your subscription once per year for up to one month with at least 14 days’ notice.
5. Missed Pickups
Boxes not picked up within 48 hours may be donated or resold without refund.
6. Cancellations
Subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
7. Communication
We’ll send reminders about billing, pickup, and delivery via email/text.
