Ranchers Reserve
Subscription Program Guidelines
1. Subscription Overview
Our subscription program provides a convenient, reliable way to enjoy high-quality, grass-fed and finished beef (and eventually pork) directly from our family ranch. By subscribing, you’re securing a guaranteed share of our harvest each month while supporting regenerative farming and your local food system.
2. Subscription Options
Cattleman’s Choice subscriptions include ground beef, steaks, and a roast each month. The shares are called, from smallest to largest, The Calf Share, The Heifer Share, and The Herd Share. Specific cuts included in each month’s share will vary slightly based on our inventory.
Ground Beef subscriptions contain ground beef only. There are four different share sizes. The shares, from smallest to biggest, are called The Meatball Share, The Slider Share, The Burger Share and The Big Beef Share. Exact amounts of ground beef included in each share are listed on the website.
Each subscription is curated monthly based on seasonal availability and inventory. Exact cuts may vary.
3. Billing & Payments
Payment is automatically processed on the 1st of each month via your selected payment method. Purchase will require a credit card.
Subscriptions must be active and paid in full before pickup
We do not offer refunds for missed pickups or cancellations made without 7 days notice before the next pickup. If last minute emergencies arise causing you not to be able to be present at pickup, please feel free to ask a friend or family member to pickup for you. If no one is available, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your needs.
4. Pick-Up Schedule & Locations
Boxes are available for pickup on the first Saturday of each month at:
Broome County Regional Farmers Market: 9 AM – 1 PM
Endless Mountains Ranch: 2 PM – 4 PM
You will select your pickup location when you purchase your subscription.
If a holiday interrupts the pickup schedule, an alternate date will be shared with you at least one month in advance.
If an unexpected weather event interferes with pickup, you will be notified of the rescheduled pickup date.
5. Missed Pick-Ups
If you cannot pick up your order, we first ask that you try and find a friend or family member to pickup for you. If that is not possible, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to make alternate arrangements.
Completely unclaimed orders (meaning no one contacts us at all) left after the pickup window will be donated or resold, with no refunds or credits issued.
6. Cancellations & Holds
Subscriptions can be changed anytime. However, it is imperative that you cancel your current subscription before purchasing a new one. This can all be completed by the customer via the customer portal you create when making your initial purchase.
Subscriptions may be paused or canceled, with at least 7 days notice, via your customer portal.
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the first of the next month.
Temporary holds (for vacation, etc.) are allowed with prior notice.
Anyone who needs assistance with the customer portal can feel free to reach out to Emily via text message at 607-205-0361. We’re happy to help!
7. Product Handling
All meat is vacuum-sealed, labeled, and frozen for freshness.
Meat will be packed in an insulated, reusable grocery bag each month. We ask that you please bring this bag back at the next pickup for reuse. If this is not possible, please bring a cooler for transport. It is important to keep products frozen or refrigerated immediately after pickup.
Endless Mountains Ranch is not responsible for products left unrefrigerated after pickup.
8. Communication
Monthly pickup reminders are sent via email and/or text.
Please ensure your contact information is current (at checkout) to avoid missed updates.

A Note From Our Family (please read):
We know this list might feel like a lot of rules, but our goal isn’t to make things complicated. It’s simply to keep everything running smoothly so we can continue raising quality meat for your family and ours.
We understand that life happens - plans change, kids get sick, weather gets wild - and we’ll always do our best to be flexible and fair. This is a partnership between your family and ours, built on trust, communication, and shared values.
Thank you for supporting our ranch, our mission, and our family. We’re so grateful to have you with us on this journey. ❤️
